The organizational structure and personnel plan reflect our intentions to maintain an organization that is publisher support oriented and technologically proficient, while efficiently managing cost controls and productivity.
Matthew R. Sandin, founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sandin is currently responsible for managing the entire organization from business development, operations, and sales and marketing. Mr. Sandin has extensive online marketing experience, specifically in affiliate marketing and advertising sales. Prior to founding Panthera Interactive, Mr. Sandin spent two years as Vice President of Business Development with Greenfield Online (NASDAQ: SRVY). At Greenfield, Mr. Sandin is the visionary behind the Real-Time Sampling Division which helped Greenfield achieve incredible results. This project went from a concept to completing over 40% of Greenfield’s North American business in the matter of 15 months with a team of five. Prior to Greenfield, Mr. Sandin was Director of Sales and Marketing for goZing. At goZing, he was instrumental in developing many profitable divisions including the goZing Network and goZing Surveys which led to the acquisition of goZing to Greenfield Online in February 2005 for $31M. He has received numerous recognitions over the years including "Sales Talk Champion" by Dale Carnegie Sales Training. Mr. Sandin is a graduate of California State University of Northridge, with a B.S. in Business Administration with an option in Marketing.
Geralyn Adam, Operations Manager
Mrs. Adam is responsible for managing the day to day operations as well as the finance and accounting for Panthera Interactive. Prior to joining Panthera, Mrs. Adam worked 20 years for Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ). In the area of finance, Geralyn worked in the Real Estate/Operations department reviewing leases and managing payment of the operating expenses for all of HP’s leased properties in the Western and Southern states. When Hewlett-Packard split into two separate companies, Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies (NYSE:A), Mrs. Adam managed the timeline of separating leased and owned properties for the entire United States. Geralyn has a B.A. in History and minor in Education from Russell College.
