Advertising Sales Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and prospect new advertisers and/or ad agencies
  • Gain, build and expand executive-level relationships with advertisers to facilitate account growth
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential advertisers and/or ad agencies.
  • Achieve pre-determined performance targets (new advertiser contracts, revenue goals, etc)
  • Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly forecasting of key accounts on monthly basis
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Create and implement strategies which drive advertiser satisfaction, revenue growth and advertiser retention
  • Maintain expert knowledge of online marketing landscape and trends and be able to convey that expertise to advertisers
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • Proven track record of closing new advertisers and/or ad agencies on a weekly basis
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • bility to work under pressure and work additional hours to meet critical deadlines
  • Highly organized and proven account management track record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Full advertiser and/or agency Rolodex very highly regarded
  • Minimum of 4 years of Online Marketing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing a plus.
  • Must have degree from a four-year college or university
  • Previous experience with a major CPA affiliate network a plus

Senior Affiliate Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and recruit new publishers/affiliates
  • Motivate publishers in order to increase their performance
  • Achieve pre-determined performance targets (new publisher signups, revenue goals, etc)
  • Assist with the development of promotions for publishers
  • Assist publishers on a daily basis with any support issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • Proven track record of recruiting new publishers on a weekly basis
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Full publisher Rolodex very highly regarded
  • Minimum of 2 years of Online Marketing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing a plus.
  • Previous experience with a CPA affiliate network a plus

Media Buyer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communicate with online traffic sources, establishing relationships for direct display placements
  • Research and pull new offers from our internal system
  • Upload campaigns into Google and other RTB platforms
  • Analyze data and provide reports to management team
  • Optimizing keywords, keyword researching for search channels for building a new campaign
  • Purchase traffic from major display networks
  • Interface with creative department and programming team
  • Contacting new traffic channels and prospect new business opportunities
  • Manage additional projects and work assignments, as requested by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Remain flexible to changing work priorities as needed to complete matters of urgency
  • Perform responsibilities with a high level of detail and accuracy
  • Insightful, data driven marketer mentality
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with self-paced organizational skills
  • Well-rounded, up-to-date with current events and trends
  • Proficient in spreadsheets
  • Photoshop (or equivalent) skill is a big plus but not required
  • Intends to grow with Panthera and build a highly successful media team
  • Bachelor's Degree
