1. What is Panthera Network?

Panthera Network, a division of Panthera Interactive, LLC, is an online marketing solution that specializes in performance-based advertising (CPA/CPL). Our network consists of hundreds of specialty-content web publishers, email marketers and search engine experts on the publisher side and high-quality, direct marketing merchants with high-converting offers on the advertiser side.

2. How do we connect advertisers and publishers?

Once a merchant or affiliate joins Panthera Network, they become a member of the Panthera Network Affiliate Network. They have access to statistics and performance metrics that help them decide which websites best compliment their own. We believe that you know your members and visitors best; who better to decide what products, services and sites will interest them. In addition, Panthera Network plays an active role in fostering mutually advantageous partnerships between merchants and affiliates. New merchants are introduced in our regular affiliate newsletter, and like-minded sites may be contacted individually with opportunities especially relevant to their users.

3. Can I participate if my site is outside North America?

Definitely. Some countries may have restrictions on Internet products and services. As a merchant or affiliate, you need to be informed about your home country's legislation. If you have any questions, please contact our team and we will be happy to help.

4. What does Panthera Network do to protect against fraud?

Panthera Network adheres to responsible business practices. If kept unchecked, website fraud and careless marketing such as spam or misleading advertising will harm affiliate programs and the web marketing community as a whole. For our part, we monitor websites for bogus, obscene or hate-inciting content and review statistics for any unusual results or practices. We expect our advertisers and publishers to do the same and ask that you report any questionable practices by contacting us.

5. How does Panthera Network get paid?

Panthera Network charges advertisers on per sale or per lead basis. The advertiser informs Panthera Network of the required fields to generate the desired action. Based on this desired action, the publishers in the network will generate traffic to the site and the advertiser will pay for all actions generated from Panthera Network's publisher traffic.


1. What are the requirements for becoming a publisher?

By joining the Panthera Network affiliate network, a publisher agrees to avoid spamming and adhere to generally accepted standards of good business and Internet practices. Most countries have adopted directives and guidelines regarding spam. All publishers should familiarize themselves with local spam laws. In addition, please review our Terms & Conditions.

2. How much does it cost affiliates to join Panthera Network?

Absolutely nothing. There are no costs associated with joining Panthera Network as a publisher.

3. How many merchant programs can I promote?

There is no limit to how many merchant programs you may promote. Please be sure to view the campaign description for any specific details regarding each program.

Do I have to sign a contract to become a publisher?

Publishers must agree to Panthera Network's Terms and Conditions when signing up to join the Panthera Network. Sign up is followed by an application review by Panthera. You will then be notified via email as to when you can begin logging in to the system.

5. How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Response time will vary depending on the volume of applications to be reviewed. Most applications are approved/denied within 72 business hours of submission. If you have any questions, please contact publishers@pantherainteractive.com.

6. When do I get paid?

Publishers are paid on the 30th of each month for the previous month's activity. Please be advised, that we must have a current W9/W8 tax form on file before your first commission payment is processed.

7. What payment methods does Panthera Network offer?

Payment can come in the form of check, wire, ACH or PayPal. If you prefer PayPal, your PayPal account must be in "Verified" status.

8. What resources are available to publishers?
Panthera Network distributes a regular newsletter with the latest advertiser additions and promotions. Our Publisher Support Team is available 24/7.

9. How do I get the code to link to merchant sites?

Once you have signed up with Panthera Network, you can log into the system and access our library of merchant creatives, links and automatically generated code. Usually it is a simple cut and paste procedure. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

10. Do you have a referral program?

Yes, Panthera Network offers its publishers a two-tier referral program. You can earn 5% commission on the earnings of publishers whom you refer to Panthera Network for one-full year. Links can be found in the Tools menu under the sub-category Super Affiliate.


1. What are the requirements for becoming an advertiser?

We evaluate a variety of factors including company size, e-commerce practices, conversion rates, uniqueness of offer, number of years in operation and marketing budget. Details vary depending on industry; we are looking for serious businesses and brands that maintain responsible business practices.

2. Can I choose which publishers promote my offer?

Unfortunately, no. The Panthera Network is a "private" network; therefore you will not know which sites are running your offer(s). However, if you have a list of sites or categories of sites that you do not wish to promote your offer(s), just let us know and we will be happy to blacklist them from your campaign.

3. How does your pricing work?

Panthera Network will charge you, the Advertiser, for a predetermined action. You define the action required to generate the lead or sale (ie: fill in the registration form, double opt-in, purchase with valid credit card, etc). For each action generated from the network traffic, Advertiser will pay Panthera.

4. What are your fees?

There are no monthly or annual fees.

5. Will I have a person working on my account?

An account manager will be assigned to you. In some instances, a dedicated account manager is required; for others, our clients find that they prefer weekly, monthly or ad hoc services. In all cases, your satisfaction is our priority and we are committed to giving your company and program the resources it needs to succeed.

6. How long does it take to get set up?

Once the paperwork is all squared away, the set up time varies between two to five business days.

7. Can I update creative material once we are live (banners, text links, pop ups)?

Yes. All you need to do is email the new creative to your assigned Account Manager and they will take care of everything in a timely manner.
